GENERAL INFO ON ORDERING AND FAQ’S

When emailing for a quote, if possible please include the following:

  • Number of garments

  • Garment colour(s)

  • Garment sizes

  • Garment type (T-Shirt, Long Sleeve, Hoody etc…)

  • How many colours your design is

  • Print size

  • Print location

  • A mockup of the design is super helpful too!


WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Our studio is in Norwich in the UK

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Turnaround is approx 15 working days from finalising the order and receiving full payment. We can rush stuff through faster if you have an urgent deadline (subject to a rush fee!) 

WHAT SIZES CAN YOU PRINT?
Our standard print size is up to A3+ (44x32cm) but we can also do oversized prints, pocket prints, inside neck and sleeve prints.

HOW SHOULD I SUPPLY ARTWORK?
We are able to work with pretty much any file type, but artwork needs to be 300dpi minimum resolution and at actual print size or larger. We will tell you if we can’t work with the design you send though, and can help with changes/amends if needed!

HOW DO I PAY?
All jobs are individually invoiced and we accept PayPal or bank transfer.

WHAT INK AND CHEMICALS DO YOU USE?
We use environmentally friendly emulsion, discharge, water based, and phthalate free plastisol inks.

DO YOU DO ONE-OFFS / SAMPLES?
Unfortunately not, with our current workload and setup costs and times. We do have some Vinosangre sample shirts designed by some of our favourite independent artists which are on sale from the ONLINE SHOP!

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM RUN?
For each design, we do not print anything less than 20 garments. Similar to the samples question, the setup time is a big factor and it means your overall cost will be loads more per shirt. Get in touch if you have anything specific that needs printing though and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your needs! 

CAN I MIX AND MATCH T-SHIRT COLOURS IN MY ORDER?
As long as the ink colour and design stay the same you can have as many colour t-shirts and sizes as you like for the same cost!

CAN I HAVE THE SAME DESIGN PRINTED IN MULTIPLE COLOUR WAYS?
We charge £10 (plus vat) to washout the screen and re-set it to change the print colour mid run.

CAN I ADD A BACK, INNER NECK OR SLEEVE PRINTS?
It costs a little more due to the setup and extra printing, but yes we can print in all the different locations!

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?
We ship everything using DPD Local, which is a next day trackable service. Or if you are local, on tour, or we are coming to a show we can arrange dropping them to you! 

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN YOUR TEAM?
The Vino gang is Mikee, Sam, Max, Tom, Tara, Jake and Joe! 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Delivery - we can’t accept responsibility if the delivery company messes up, nor can we reimburse any loss incurred by late delivery etc. But do let us know if anything is wrong, ie lateness, damaged boxes etc so we can contact the courier and try and claim some money back for you!

COPYRIGHT
You accept sole responsibility for copyright and reproducing images and that you are the owner/have permission to reproduce designs/fonts etc

PAYMENT
As we are a small independent business prompt payment is awesome/welcomed! Production is not started until invoices are paid for in full (unless otherwise discussed).
